This research was conducted with the intention of building an innovation culture for precast companies in Indonesia, bearing in mind that the higher a company's innovation culture, the higher the company's performance. This work was carried out with the research instrument in the form of questionnaire validated by literatures. Afterwards, the data was processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) research method. As the result, this paper brings the evidence of the correlation between Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and ISO 56002 (Innovation Management System) with Innovation Culture.
