KNOWLEDGE AS AN INTANGIBLE RESOURCES IN BUILDING SME’S RESILIENCE BUSINESS MODEL
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of knowledge, both internal knowledge and external knowledge as part of intangible resources in building a business model that is resilient to crises in micro, small, and medium enterprises. 50 questionnaires were given to SME's in three industries, namely food and beverage, handicraft, Jewelry, and services. The results of the questionnaire are processed using descriptive and causal methods through structural equation modeling to analyze the existing relationship. The analysis was continued by conducting interviews with two MSMEs who had survived for more than 15 years to confirm the findings from the quantitative process and find out more about things that might not be covered by the questionnaire. The test results show a positive and significant relationship between internal and external knowledge on the resilience of the MSME's business model
